At For Her, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
• Beauty and personal care items that have been opened
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Return

Contact us at customer@forheracessories.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
